The ATS 6004-200 BASE  is an up-gradable  4 channel differential/offset scope. It measures at 200 million samples per second (200MHz) on each channel into a 1Million point sample buffer. It has USB3 technology. CAN and serial data analysers on each channel, 40Mhz streaming mode (data logging).

The scope can be used stand-alone or can be coupled to for example the ATS 500XM 2 channel scope or an ATS 6004 scope to create a 6 or 8 channel timed instrument.

Can be upgraded (step by step) to:

• 1000 million samples per second (1GHz) on each channel,
• 256 Million point sample buffer,
• sure connect and resistance measuring,
• safe ground,
• 200Mhz streaming mode.
