SHIPPING POLICY
All of our products are shipped from and stocked in New Zealand. We do not send from overseas warehouses - you are dealing with a New Zealand company based in the Wairarapa.

Domestic Shipping Policy – Within New Zealand
Shipment Processing Time
Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon-Fri, NZST) will be processed within 1 business day and shipped the next business day. Transit time is 1-2 working days, so you can expect delivery within 2-3 working days.
If an item is out of stock, your order may be delayed by up to 7 working days while we restock. We will contact you if this occurs.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Options & Costs
Standard Shipping: North Island $20, South Island $30
Large Shipping: North Island $50, South Island $80
Category Items: Shipping will be discussed with the client prior to purchase, as this is handled on an enquiry basis.
Software Licence Renewal & Tech Support: No shipping cost.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP so we can file a claim with the carrier.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping via our website. Please contact us directly for inquiries.
