SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days. In the unlikely event that this is not possible you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity. In the unlikely event items may be out of stock your purchase may be delayed by 7 working days while we restock our inventory.  

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping (1-2 working days) within New Zealand.

We use a non signature service for items under $250 if you require a signature delivery please let us know at checkout ( extra fees will apply ).

Non rural delivery address only, Rural Delivery will incur a surcharge . 

Free shipping does not apply to bulk heavy items like wheel balancers or any item heavier than 15kg.

If you intend to purchase a bulk heavy item please contact us via the contact page or send us a message for a freight quote.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Damages: If your item has arrived damaged. Please contact us ASAP so we can make a claim with the carrier  

Please note aecs equipment does not currently ship overseas from the website, please contact us directly.
